WHO ARE WE?
We are an established training provider in Redditch, Worcestershire who aim to deliver comprehensive study packages for those working in both the care and education sectors. Learners will explore theoretical knowledge and learn new skills to develop their occupational competencies.We believe in providing face-to-face teaching and support alongside high quality resources to support learning. The most effective training can only be achieved by building real relationships with learners and their employers. As a team of experienced tutors, we have listened to both learners and employers and designed our unique training delivery with that in mind.

We work with awarding bodies and our partner organisations to deliver effective training programmes. We ensure that the training and qualifications provide genuine learning that supports the professional development of individuals and add real value to organisations. Working closely with learners and employers ensures we recognise each learner as an individual and tailor our delivery accordingly. Our programmes include interactive learning activities and a wide variety of assessment methods to ensure learners are engaged and challenged throughout their journey. Our delivery models are unique, created by us for our learners.
OUR VALUES
We believe that the use of technology can facilitate effective learning and communication between a tutor and a learner but it should in no way replace a real working relationship. Our delivery incorporates teaching, high quality resources and observation of competencies.
We assure the quality of our delivery and assessment both internally within Experiential Training and Learning Ltd, through the sampling and verification of portfolios and externally, through our awarding organisation.

We are located in Redditch, Worcestershire. Our office is a short drive from the Midlands motorway networks (M5, M6, M40 and M42) We are easily accessed by car and our building has plenty of available free parking.
Local bus routes run from Stratford-Upon-Avon, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove and within Redditch. The 57 and 67 bus services stop outside our building.
Redditch train station is a short distance from our office and is located opposite the bus station. A taxi service can also be accessed from here.

We can offer training courses and teaching sessions at our office building and enjoy the benefits of on-site conference and meeting rooms.
