SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS
We offer a number of specialist qualifications to equip care workers with specialist knowledge and skills most relevant to their specific area of care. These short courses provide professional development and ensure service users benefit from improved levels of understanding and support within the care team.
We deliver these learning programmes using our unique delivery style to ensure sessions are informative, interactive and engaging for learners. Experienced tutors guide learners to gain knowledge, reflect on practice and achieve recognised vocational qualifications quickly.

CARE CERTIFICATE
Care employers are required to provide the Care Certificate programme for new care workers joining their organisation. The programme is made up of 15 standards combining both essential knowledge and occupational competency. Many employers admit to finding this programme time consuming and difficult to implement in practice. We can provide a full learning programme to ensure care workers gain the skills and knowledge required to fulfil their role and meet CQC requirements.
Our delivery comprises of teaching sessions incorporating interactive learning and discussion to ensure learners leave sessions with valuable knowledge, understanding and skills to care for services users in practice; providing person-centred care, protecting dignity, right and choices and working safely.
This programme can be delivered over 5 sessions either within the care setting or at our office building as required by the employer. Timescales can be agreed to suit the organisational requirements.
A certificate for each learner is produced upon completion and sent electronically within 48 hours.
The cost is £150 per learner. This cost will be deducted from the full cost of any learner continuing to a Level 2 Diploma in Care qualification.
MANDATORY TRAINING COURSES
We are delighted to offer a wide range of courses to meet mandatory training requirements for care providers and care workers. We provide an experienced trainer to visit your workplace and deliver face-to-face training for employees. We can also deliver sessions at our office building, making use of conference facilities, if available space in a care setting is limited.
We produce high quality learning resources to ensure our courses result in real learning that does more than "tick a box". Learners should leave their session having gained valuable knowledge to apply to their practice and make a real difference to the services they provide.
We plan sessions with flexibility in mind. Many employers choose to offer daytime and evening sessions to staff to ensure all staff can schedule to attend. We are happy to accomodate this.

Each session costs £25 per learner. Bespoke packages can be provided to meet the training needs of any care organisation and package prices can be negotiated.

Our qualified and experienced tutors can support and guide learners by providing teaching, high quality resources and a variety of assessment methods to ensure the programmes are effective and engaging for learners. Learners gain valuable skills and knowledge to apply to their practice in a childcare environment.
These programmes are not currently eligible for funding but our prices are competitive; achievement timescales are reduced and our delivery is exceptional.
