We are an established training provider in Redditch, Worcestershire who aim to deliver comprehensive study packages for those working in both the care and education sectors. Learners will explore theoretical knowledge and learn new skills to develop their occupational competencies. We believe in providing face-to-face teaching and support alongside high quality resources to support learning. The most effective training can only be achieved by building real relationships with learners and their employers. As a team of experienced tutors, we have listened to both learners and employers and designed our unique training delivery with that in mind.

We work with awarding bodies and our partner organisations to deliver effective training programmes. We ensure that the training and qualifications provide genuine learning that supports the professional development of individuals and add real value to organisations. Working closely with learners and employers ensures we recognise each learner as an individual and tailor our delivery accordingly. Our programmes include interactive learning activities and a wide variety of assessment methods to ensure learners are engaged and challenged throughout their journey. Our delivery models are unique, created by us for our learners.

We believe that the use of technology can facilitate effective learning and communication between a tutor and a learner but it should in no way replace a real working relationship. Our delivery incorporates teaching, high quality resources and observation of competencies.

We assure the quality of our delivery and assessment both internally within Experiential Training and Learning Ltd, through the sampling and verification of portfolios and externally, through our awarding organisation.

Learners are engaged and challenged during their programmes to ensure real learning takes place. Mandatory sessions are interactive and form the essential training for any organsiation. Qualifications are achieved in reduced timescales. Employers benefit from achieving excellent value for money, flexible delivery and training designed with their organisational needs in mind. Employers can also access funding to fully reimburse many of the costs whilst making use of valuable human resource management tools.

in Children's Learning and Development (Early Years Eductor)

" I am a Registered Care Manager who runs an 18 bed Care Home. I have been doing my NVQ level 5 with Amanda and several of my staff are doing NVQs with her company.

Amanda is very supportive and helpful; throughout my work I have always been able to contact her, and she will answer and help me with any problems or information I need.

We have regular visits and she goes through the units with us where we have discussions.  I have learnt a lot from Amanda and been able to put some things into practice.

When she comes into the home she talks and understands the best way for us to work and complete the units; she explains things well and the way she delivers the course is excellent.

I would not hesitate to recommend Amanda and Experiential Training and Learning Ltd to any of my colleagues in other Care Homes."

"I was privileged to have dementia training with Amanda. I have worked with many training providers over the course of my career and Amanda’s skills are excellent. She explained everything we were going to do, made the sessions interesting and not boring and used different methods in each session to cover the units.

Amanda treated us all as individuals taking into account, we all have different learning skills.  I have no hesitation in recommending Amanda in any training she is offering."
