LEVEL 2/LEVEL 3 DIPLOMAS

Level 2 Diploma programmes are designed for learners that are new to care or those that do not have any formal care qualifications.

Level 3 programmes are for experienced care workers and those working at a more senior level. Both programmes are delivered using our unique range of learning and assessment activities ensuring sessions are interactive and provide genuine opportunities to learn and reflect on practice. The programmes combine both knowledge and competency and allow learners to select units based on the type of care they provide to gain meaningful knowledge and make a difference to the service users they care for.

LEVEL 4/LEVEL 5 DIPLOMAS

Higher level diploma learners complete the programme equipped with the skills and knowledge to lead safe, person-centred, effective care and implement transformative improvements.

All qualifications are priced in line with the reimbursement values set. Therefore, employers can enjoy "no cost" training. We can support health and social care employers to cover the costs of their training in full through accessing and using the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set and Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme

Level 5 Diploma in Leading and Managing an Adult Care Service £1525

These programmes are designed for those care workers undertaking management responsibilities looking to gain care management skills and knowledge. The Level 5 Diploma is an essential requirement for Registered Managers and recommended for Nominated Individuals.

MANDATORY TRAINING COURSES

We are delighted to offer a wide range of courses to meet mandatory training requirements for care providers and care workers. We provide an experienced trainer to visit your workplace and deliver face-to-face training for employees. We can also deliver sessions at our office building, making use of conference facilities, if available space in a care setting is limited. 

We produce high-quality learning resources to ensure our courses result in real learning that does more than "tick a box". Learners should leave their session having gained valuable knowledge to apply to their practice and make a real difference to the services they provide.

We plan sessions with flexibility in mind. Many employers choose to offer daytime and evening sessions to staff to ensure all staff can schedule to attend. We are happy to accomodate this.
